Word Tiles Duel
Take turns on one device. Place letter tiles to create connected English words and outscore your rival.
How to play & scoring
Player 1 goes first. Tap a rack tile and then an empty board square. The first word must cross the star at the center. Every later move must connect to tiles already on the board. New tiles in a turn must run in one horizontal or vertical line, without gaps. All new cross-words must be in the built-in English dictionary. Letter scores add up; DL/TL multiply a newly placed letter and DW/TW multiply a newly formed word. Use all 7 tiles in one turn for a 50-point bonus. Pass or exchange your entire rack if stuck. The game ends after 4 consecutive passes/exchanges, or when a player empties their rack and the bag is empty. Highest score wins.
This is an independent, original local two-player prototype. It is not affiliated with Wordfeud or Scrabble. The included English word list is for casual play and is not an official tournament dictionary. It does not support online multiplayer yet.
